As a Regional HR Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the regional team by identifying and developing solutions based on business priorities.
What you will do:
Hiring the right talent for the job based on the competencies required for the role
Ensuring people connect to influence a positive work culture
Aligning with business and work in collaboration with cross functional teams across the region to support day to day HR people agenda
Planning and executing the HR activities in the region to enhance the positive work environment
Planning the execution of activities like employee engagement, driving talent management agenda, attrition analysis, career planning & mobility, people related initiatives on care and
motivation, performance management
Motivating, mentoring and guiding the team on regular basis
Ensuring Staff Governance
Analyzing and assessing early warning signals (Attrition, Fraud, Disciplinary issues, Performance issues etc.) and taking corrective action
Being end-to-end responsible for managing internal stakeholders
What you need to have:
MBA in HR/MSW or Graduation
3-5 years and above experience in HR with focus on Talent Acquisition and Business HR activities
Local Knowledge, ability to adapt to the geography
Good communicator with the ability to articulate ideas
Clarity of thoughts
