Analyzing region-wise forecast vs. sales to monitor and track supply-demand imbalances.
Prepare & Monitor Production and Procurement planning.
Assuring supply of products to meet sales demand in close liaison with vendors and sales team.
Ensure no Stock Out situations, trigger the low stocks products report and schedule new incoming stock.
Perform Monthly Forecast Accuracy report.
Working closely with the sales team to get their input on the forecast.
Generating various MIS reports for top management.
Participating in Process Excellence documentation and conducting internal audits to ensure work processes are followed as per standards. Any deviations against processes are documented and corrective actions are taken.
