This job is provided by apna.co JOB TITLE: Network Engineer Fault Repair Reporting to : Team Leader Service DeliveryFunction Name : Fault Repair Purpose Of The Role Responsible for 100% customer Service and maintenance of network element on field in the designated areaRole Description: Key Responsibilities:1. Assume overall responsibility for ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime Ensure that the switches in the network are maintained as per norms3. Ensure support for timely connectivity for all the cross functional teams Maintain the network database and submit the required report to the reporting manager on regular intervals5. Attend customer complaints on field and give quality resolution within the TAT Provide timely resolution of technical complaints through analysis/ trouble shooting7. Monitor NMS through relevant application and take appropriate action based on the events Analyze repeat complaints and ensure implementation of corrective measures through escalations. ifrequired 100% compliance on safety and cardinal rules10. Responsible for process adherence Provide structured feedback to management to provide permanent solutions to improve service levelKey Result Areas: This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency through management of material and timeconsumption, quality adherence and brining in areas of improvement for process betterment in theorganization Recruitment Specifications:Education Graduate/Diploma/ITI holder in any discipline2. Hardware&Networking, MCSE and CCNA preferred Work Experience1. 1 5 years of work experience Hands on experience in Trouble shooting of Networking and Hardware
