Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts in the UK, USA, and KSA markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance brand visibility, and effectively market SaaS products within these regions. This role will involve close collaboration with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the UK. USA, and KSA markets, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition. SaaS Product Marketing: Leverage expertise in marketing SaaS products to effectively position and promote our offerings in the UK, USA, and KSA markets, ensuring messaging resonates with target audiences. Lead Generation: Drive lead generation efforts through various channels such as digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and targeted campaigns. Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, providing support in developing marketing materials, campaigns, and initiatives to drive conversions and revenue. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for growth within the UK, USA, and KSA markets. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand positioning and messaging consistency across all marketing channels and materials. Qualifications and Experience: MBA in Marketing and Sales. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within the SAP consulting or technology industry. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that resulted in lead generation and revenue growth in the UK, USA, and KSA markets. Extensive experience in marketing SaaS products to these regions, demonstrating a deep understanding of market nuances and customer preferences. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach.
