Speedways Rubber Company, Jalandhar, a leading player in the rubber and tire industry is seeking a motivated and talented HR Officer to join our HR Department. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources and will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of the HR function. Key Responsibilities(not limited to): Recruitment Support: Assist in the coordination of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Employee Relations: Handle routine employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring. data accuracy. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Assist in maintaining and updating HR documentation, such as employee handbooks and policies. Training and Development: Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees. Track and report on training completion and effectiveness. Requirements: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2-4 years of relevant experience in HR roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
