At Amaltheaa, we're seeking a dynamic and innovative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategies and drive our brand's growth in the health and wellness industry. As a CMO, you will spearhead our marketing initiatives, craft compelling campaigns, and elevate our brand presence globally. Responsibilities: 1. Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies: Formulate and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's goals to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and market share. 2. Brand Development and Positioning: Lead the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning across all channels. 3. Campaign Management: Create and oversee innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and other platforms, ensuring maximum impact and engagement. 4. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to. identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies. 5. Team Leadership and Management: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence. 6. Partnership Development:Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and influencer relationships to expand brand reach and enhance market presence. 7. Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, optimizing resources and ensuring cost-efficient campaigns with measurable ROI. 8. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and analyze marketing metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives. 9. Public Relations and Communication: Oversee PR activities, press releases, and media relations to maintain a positive brand image and manage crisis communications effectively. 10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall company objectives. Requirements: - Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in senior marketing roles, preferably within the consumer goods or health/wellness industry. - Strong leadership and team management skills with a history of building and mentoring high-performing teams. - Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA would be a plus
