Job Overview As the CMO, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive investment and brand growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our market presence, attract investors, and ensure the success of our projects. This role has a vested ESOP policy. Job Responsibilities Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies. Develop Lead Generation Strategies and an efficient Performance Marketing Engine Design targeted marketing campaigns to promote investment opportunities and attract potential stakeholders. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity in. alignment with the company's vision and values. Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms and channels. Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential and existing investors. Monitor online presence and reputation management to maintain a positive brand image. Analyze digital marketing data and metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Collaborate with sales, operations, and finance teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts in closing investment deals. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing campaigns effectively. Cost- Efficient Brand Building and Lead Generation Embedding GenZ strategies, videography provisions, generative AI etc in marketing operations Grow the Youth Marketing Agency App Based Vertical (IP to be disclosed only after closure) Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing within the hospitality or coliving industry, with a focus on investment marketing, branding and community building. Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive investment and revenue growth. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in managing and leading a marketing team. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
