Job Description

: Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to existing customers as well as potential customers. As a Sales Executive, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions regarding the product or service provided by the company. Connecting existing and potential customers and explaining the products and services offered by the company. Taking customer information and other relevant data by asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services. maintaining MIS of calls and sales deals. Taking and processing product orders professionally. Qualification & Experience Higher Secondary / Diploma or equivalent. Work experience as a Sales Executive, Telecaller. Telemarketer, Tele Sales Executive or a similar role in the Sales Department. Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage. Good interpersonal skills. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks and problem-solving skills Hard-working individual and ability to work under pressure
