Job Description

Skill: accounts receivable , reports , accounts payable , erp , accounting , cash applications , excel , ar , audit , legal , finance , senior executive; Exp: 3-5 years; Responsibilities for Accounts Receivable Maintain precise records of all incoming payments Prepare and send invoices to clients Contact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoices Reconcile any irregularities in receipts Work collaboratively with accounts payable and other accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances Audit all receipts on a determined schedule to ensure accuracy in accounting Generate and deliver reports to different departments as needed Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments About you (education, linguistic ability, professional experience, leadership qualities, soft skills) Desired Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience Bcom / Mcom and 3 to 5 years of experience leading accounting teams and knowledge of AR process. Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities ERP used Workday Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills Use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
