Quotation Specialist @ Sri Saravana

Job description:  

• Able to build, maintain, and improve spreadsheet models, templates, dashboards, quotation logs, etc. in Excel 
• Prepare quality quotations to sales team and ensuring all quotes are accurate and complete in line with expectations and updated based on regular follow-ups 
• Conducting regular cost and price analysis and research of offers and quotes, stock levels, material sourcing, transportation, delivery timelines and providing accurate advice to Sales Team   
• Communicate with Sales Team to gain detailed knowledge and experience for quotations of specific products, applications, and prices based on market conditions 
• Develop a good understanding of the related products in the sustainable packaging market 
• Proactively communicate with Operations Team to ensure quotations meets internal capabilities 
• Create clear overview of regularly updated parameters affecting the financial model, showing historical prices and developments and updated on regular basis  
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, tracking quotation activity and key metrics 
• Continuously improve quotation process and measure effectiveness 
• Acts as focal point for questions concerning quotation specifics
