MS Dynamics 365 Business Analyst

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team at MSD. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technology solutions, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the successful delivery of critical projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand goals, processes, and challenges.
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with IT, Data, and Process teams to design, develop, and implement solutions.
- Support project management activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct gap analysis, risk assessments, and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in developing user stories, test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure solutions align with MSDs regulatory and compliance standards (GxP, GDPR, etc.).
- Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend improvements and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems
- 35+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Domain
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and re-engineering.
- Knowledge of CRM, ERP, and Data Analytics platforms (Salesforce, SAP, Veeva preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, flowcharts).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP validation experience a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA certification, or PMP preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MSD) if relevant.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
