Job Description
Architectural Design: Design and develop scalable and maintainable React.js-based front-end architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.
Collaborative Development: Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and interactive web applications. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
Performance Optimization: Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications. Identify and address potential bottlenecks.
Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and performance. Provide constructive feedback to team members.
Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and front-end technologies. Advocate for and introduce new tools and technologies that can enhance development processes and application quality.
Problem Solving: Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Develop solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of [X] years of professional experience with React.js and front-end development. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications.
Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with build tools and bundlers (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Leadership: Proven experience in a technical leadership role, including mentoring junior developers and guiding technical decision-making.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with TypeScript and integrating it with React.js.
- Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with frameworks like Next.js.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment practices (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
