Designation: Sr Relationship Manager/ Agency Development Manager - All locations PAN India

Compensation/CTC Package: 25000 to 45000 Per Month Salary + Heavy Monthly Incentives (25K - 1.00 lac P.M) based on sales performance + Fast Track promotions 3 promotion cycle in a year + On payroll of Reliance + Other benefits.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of insurance advisors from own network (Housewives, govt employees, doctors, businessman, insurance agents, any profession)
• Train insurance agents on company products and support in sales
• Fix appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
• Handling existing customer portfolio if given and lead generating through it. Also, candidate should generate business via converting individual leads generated by him.
• Assuring that the business targets are met.

Criteria:

• Age Limit 24 to 39 years.
• Should have sales experience in selling Life Insurance or any banking financial products.
• Graduate Any stream.
• Local resident for some time.
• 2 Wheeler.
• Android based smart phone
