- Strong working experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and experience.
- Proven track record of developing and executing engagement programs.
- Strong analytical skills to track and interpret engagement metrics.
- Passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and improving employee well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with employees at all levels.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices in employee engagement and HR strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment with diverse teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute initiatives that foster a positive work environment, increase employee satisfaction, and improve retention.
- Track, assess, and interpret key employee engagement data to derive actionable insights.
- Work closely with leadership and HR teams to develop programs that enrich employee experience and well-being.
- Research and adopt the latest best practices in employee engagement to maintain a cutting-edge approach.
- Encourage transparent communication across teams to drive collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Develop and oversee surveys, focus groups, and other feedback tools to understand employee sentiments and address concerns proactively.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance employee experience
Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
