What does this role hold for you ??
Vendor Management Reference Check, Evaluation & Due Diligence Process & New vendor development.
Follow P2P process for all procurement in the system.
Handling procurement for Marketing, Product & Technology based departments.
Provide professional direction, guidance, and support on procurement matters
Asset Management FAR, Insurance & Claim settlements.
Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms.
Contract preparation, commodity/category management and/or strategic sourcing.
Compile Purchase Order and maintain good record trail of transactions.
Resolve supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with internal and external teams.
Assist in ad-hoc procurement related projects and report analysis.

Apply if you have
Master s degree in operations/SCM or equivalent certifications in SCM or procurement.
Minimum 4 years experience in purchasing for equipment, materials, and services.
Good communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Hardworking and meticulous with positive attitude
Proficiency in MS Office: Excel e.g., Pivot table, VLOOKUP.
Able to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment.
