In this pivotal role, you will be a key support player in our Business Development team, primarily assisting the Alliance Leader in managing and optimizing our strategic partnerships, especially with top-tier technology providers like Microsoft and Salesforce among others. By ensuring we meet all partner program requirements and stay abreast of evolving standards and opportunities, you will help solidify our position as a compliant and innovative partner. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to leverage these alliances, driving forward our business objectives and market presence. Key Responsibilities: Partnership Support: Assist the Alliance Leader in developing and maintaining relationships with strategic partners, understanding their offerings, and aligning them with our business objectives. Compliance and Requirements Management: Ensure all partnership requirements, including registrations, certifications, and training, are met. Stay updated on changes in partner programs and adapt our strategies accordingly. Strategic Planning Assistance: Collaborate with internal teams and the Alliance Leader to develop strategies that maximize the benefits of our partnerships and identify new opportunities. Coordination and Communication Support: Provide support to the Alliance Leader in acting as a liaison between our company and partners. Facilitate the coordination of joint initiatives, meetings, and training sessions, as directed by the Alliance Leader. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor the performance of partnerships under the guidance of the Alliance Leader, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements. Qualifications: Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in partnership management, alliance management, or a similar role. Familiarity with cloud technologies and experience working with major platform players like Azure, AWS, Adobe, Oracle etc. Strong understanding of the IT industry and current market trends. Skills: Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with an ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize accordingly. Strong organizational and project management skills. Effective communicator, able to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently and navigate complex organizational structures. Qualifications Masters degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
