Responsibilities:
Responsible for acquisition of New Franchisee in Bangalore,Pune regions & their growth.
Ready to travel on frequent basis to Pune, Bangalore.
Responsible for Servicing New Franchisee and Clients
Responsible to generate expected revenue for Franchisee
Maintaining relationship with Franchisee
Monitoring of progress of enrollments against targets.
Ensure adherence to sales norms and procedures
Willingness and ability to market, promote & ensure the maximum results on the team effort.
Analysis of Sales records and suggesting for changes / revisions in marketing plans.
Gauging and Implementing the best schemes to promote the training programs and increase market share.
Coordination with the all concerned departments at the office to ensure excellent franchise support and get best results.
Ensuring target oriented performance
Responsible for overall sales of Franchise centers.
Planning, Implementing and devising sales & marketing strategies
Maintain communication with all Sales Manager / Department Head on a regular basis.
Assist training department with new franchisees and ongoing training. Conduct and attend regional/ territory meetings for assigned regions/territories.
Responsible for Business Development of Franchisee
