Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead to support our delivery and pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive both project delivery and pre-sales initiatives.

Role:

Location : Remote.
Experience : 8 to 10 Years.
Education Qualification : Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrate capabilities to prospective clients.
Provide technical expertise during client meetings and discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
Develop and review proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.
Proficiency in any one of the languages such as Java, Python, C#, or TypeScript languages.
Experience in Full-stack development.
Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
