Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant GenAI, LLMs, Strong automation testing and NLP We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to lead our Quality Assurance initiatives across multiple squads. This role requires a strong background in GenAI, LLMs, Strong automation testing and NLP, and proven experience in leading cross-functional teams or squads in Agile/SAFe environments. Youll be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions by establishing QA strategy, implementing best practices, and driving test automation frameworks. Responsibilities Collaborate within the few squads to support Quality Engineering processes, emphasizing automation execution using a range of tools and techniques. Define and implement testing strategies tailored for Generative AI solutions. Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality, performance, and reliability of Gen AI implementations. Engage with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize testing needs. Track, document, and escalate issues, defects, and potential risks associated with Gen AI components. Partner with development and program teams to ensure timely resolution of identified problems. Create and maintain robust test automation scripts and frameworks to optimize testing efforts. Promote continuous improvement by refining testing methods and best practices for Gen AI testing. Keep abreast of emerging tools, frameworks, and trends in test automation and AI validation. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications Valid years of QA experience in a QA leadership or managerial role. Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Valid years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering roles. Expertise in integrating LLM-related automation tests within CI/CD pipelines. Practical experience in prompt engineering and implementing test frameworks for LLMs. Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or equivalent languages. Proficient in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and performance tools like JMeter. Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts. Experience working with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience handling large datasets, and familiarity with PostgreSQL, Java-based scripting, and vector databases (e.g., Redis). Effective communicator and team collaborator in a distributed team environment. Preferred qualifications Banking / Capital Markets domain experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, Java certifications) are a plus.
