Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Tender sourcing: identify and analyze relevant tenders based on scope and eligibility.
- Tender analysis: review and explain RFP (Request for Proposal) details clearly.
- Pre-bid preparation: draft queries for pre-bid meetings and ensure clarity in requirements.
- Documentation: prepare annexures and maintain all necessary tender-related documents.
- Bid submission: handle both online and offline bid submissions, including GEM and e-procurement portals.
- Follow-ups: manage EMD (Earnest Money Deposit), PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee), and work order follow-ups.
- Lead generation: conduct data mining, cold calls, and set up appointments to explore new opportunities.
- Communication: maintain professional and clear communication with stakeholders.
- Travel flexibility: willingness to travel as per tender requirements.
