The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing online marketing initiatives to drive engagement, optimize lead generation, and increase conversion rates. The Digital Marketing Specialist will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field Proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and SEMRush Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with. cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and evaluate campaign effectiveness Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus Experience with Marketing Automation platforms, such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot is a plus
