The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, has an indepth idea in developing ad creatives which convert and ensuring that all social media efforts are integrated with other marketing campaigns. Qualifications Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills Experience in handling conversion ads Marketing and Communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication. skills An understanding of analytics and the ability to use data to optimize social media campaigns for great conversions A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Experience with social media management tools A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Experience in graphic design or video production is a plus
