Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Performance Marketing Manager. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance-based marketing strategies, Shopify, maximizing return on ad spend, conducting ongoing analysis and optimization of campaigns, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure success. Qualifications Experience of 3 years in performance-based. marketing and advertising A strong know-how of Shopify. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis Proven track record of driving growth and maximizing return on ad spend Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media advertising and Google Ads Understanding of e-commerce and consumer behavior Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
