Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Human Resources Executive Recruitment. The Human Resources Executive Recruitment will be responsible for designing and executing company-wide Human Resources (HR) strategies, managing HR operations, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with the company's HR policies. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases. social media hiring, inhouse recruitment portal Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media Screen candidates resumes and job applications Prepare recruitment mandatory trackers and post jobs to appropriate job boards Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference checks) Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) System based audit for offers and other BAU Qualifications Proven experience in HR Management with a deep understanding of HR policies and procedures Expertise in HR Operations with knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, and grievance handling Strong record of fostering healthy Employee Relations with an ability to communicate with different stakeholders Sound knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices with an ability to tailor HR solutions to company needs Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of delivering results
