Job Description
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Responsibilities :
- Lead the design and execution of complex automated test cases.
- Perform hands-on testing, with a focus on Automation (70 to 90%) and Manual testing (10 to 30%).
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts.
- Mentor junior team members and guide best practices.
- Analyze test results and identify opportunities for test coverage improvements.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with developers on testing strategies.
- Execute performance and load testing using appropriate tools.
- Implement automated regression testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate automation challenges.
- Document test processes and outcomes for future reference.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of test methodologies and procedures.
Essential Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Jira / ADO.
- Strong knowledge of writing Integration tests and UI tests.
- Advanced technical troubleshooting, diagnosing,g and problem-solving skills.
- Strong test automation skills -C#, Selenium, or Playwright
- Proficiency in.NET C# API testing.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design, and debugging skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing automated test frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines
- Skilled in requirements gathering and analysis within a testing role.
- Knowledgeable about client business functions, technology needs, tools, and applications interfacing with client systems.
- Strong grasp of best practice testing methodologies.
- Capable of analyzing project documentation (e.g., functional requirements, unit and integration test plans) to ensure testability and comprehensive system testing.
- Competent in reviewing technical and user documentation to validate procedures.
- Able to translate functional requirements and technical specifications into test scripts for new or enhanced development projects for internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in executing comprehensive test plans for functionality.
