Job Description

The Manager is responsible for developing and managing staff of more than 30 Advisors and 3 Team Leaders. The Admissions Advising team is responsible to welcome and assist all inquiries and applicants in and throughout their Admissions process.

As such the Advisors are working shifts and on different communication channel.


Location: Mysore

Full-time position


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leading the department to reach goals and exceed through excel existing process and technology
  • Actively looking for new ways to improve performance and Quality, both technology and process
  • Develop, measure and monitor performance to positively affect the Admissions Advising environment and its success.
  • Improve Service experience throughout all channels of communication
  • Monitor performance by reviewing relevant reporting data and producing statistical reports.
  • Oversee existing procedures and creating new once
  • Ensure that staff is align with University policies and code of behavior
  • Perform confirmations, QAs and tasks for assuring performance in the highest standards.
  • Ability to answer questions for applicants
  • Responsible for shift schedule and transportation
  • Demonstrates knowledge of services, professionalism and outstanding customer service.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent English Level
  • 3 years of supervisory experience required
  • Working knowledge of industry trends and metrics is required
  • Experience with contact center management- Preferred.
