About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage end-to-end delivery of packaged enterprise application projects including, PLM,ERP, and SAP platforms. This role involves leading cross-functional delivery teams, managing client expectations, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery in a services/consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects for packaged applications
• Define project scope, delivery roadmap, milestones, and governance structure
• Manage requirements, delivery alignment, and stakeholder communications
• Ensure delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Manage project financials estimation, budgeting, billing, profitability & resource planning
• Track delivery using Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall methodologies
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues proactively
• Own change management, scope control, and contractual alignment
• Prepare and present MIS, dashboards, steering committee & client status reports
• Coordinate work across functional consultants, technical teams, QA, infra & support
• Manage onsiteoffshore / distributed delivery models
• Mentor PMO/Project Leads and contribute to process & governance maturity

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related discipline
• 10+ years overall IT experience with minimum 5 years in Project Management
• Strong delivery experience in Packaged Applications PLM /SAP / ERP / CRM / SCM / HCM
• Proven track record in client-facing delivery roles within IT Services / Consulting
• Strong understanding of SDLC, DevOps, Enterprise Delivery Governance, and ITIL concepts
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management, communication, leadership & negotiation
• Proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, or equivalent
