Job Description Role:FI Alliances & BD(1 opening) /Mumbai Position:Associate Dir/Dir/AVP/VP Department:Alliances & BD Industry:Financial Services/FinTech/BFSI Reporting To:CEO/Co-founder Qualification:Must be Graduate/MBA/B. Tech Experience: Min 10 years experience in Financial Institutions Alliances & Partnerships. Must be from Banks/NBFCs/FinTech. Roles & Responsibilities This position will be sole owner of proactively identifying and onboarding financial institutions such as Banks, NBFCs and FinTech including commercial negotiations and product discussions, and growing win-win relationships with the financial institutions. Plan and build long term relationships with financial institutions and potential partners. Prior experience in handling Bank/NBFC/fintech partnerships is preferred. Acquisition and growing relationships of B2B Partners. Facilitating tech integrations between both the parties. Devising GTM for a product launch Identifying new. business growth avenues and improving margins and exploring alternate revenue lines with the existing partners. Creating relevant MIS and reports for partners Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Legal teams) for handling end to end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner. Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) Behavioral Skills Ability to drive and envision business value propositions. Ability to develop and implement a robust set of partnership metrics. Ability to develop B2B strategic alignment.
