12+ years' experience in medical coding.
Currently should be in Manager Role.

Should have experience in HCC operations and should be fluent in Malayalam language
Proven leadership in managing large, diverse teams.
Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Expertise in performance management, reporting, and strategic execution.
