: Our Digital Service Line is currently looking for industry-leading seasoned "Senior DataStage Developer" professionals with hands-on experience. The shortlisted candidate should have the ability to analyse technical needs and work with the customers to develop project scope of work documents and Project Plans. The. responsibilities are primarily technical, although there is a strong element of functional understanding of the business process. Role: Senior DataStage Developer Required to work in shifts: 1pm-10 pm shift Experience-7+ years Essential Duties & Responsibilities 7+ yrs of Experience in DataStage/Informatica/AWS Glue/Other ETL Tools primarily in DataStage Minimum experience on 3 full cycle end to end implementations on Integration projects Minimum 3 years experience in CRM apps like Salesforce extract using datastage Knowledge on Integration Architecture for Complex Business Scenarios Knowledge on various connectors for different source systems Understanding of Customer Business Needs, Systems Functionality and Business Process to main Source Data and Develop Data Design Ability to Design, Develop and Deploy ETL Processes and Performance Tune ETL Programs. Demonstrate expertise in Complex SQL Statements and RDMS systems like Oracle, Snowflake, SAP HANA etc. Demonstrate deep Data Integration/ Migration Experience with Salesforce and other Cloud Enabled Tools Demonstrate experience with Complex Coding through ETL tools such as DataStage. Interpret Client Functional and Informational needs and turn them into Data Requirements. Ability to work in Cross-Functional Teams to provide best solutions. Demonstrate Strong Verbal and Written Communication skills across multiple levels of the Organization. Good to have knowledge on scheduling tools like Control M Mandatory skills: The Integration Analyst develops Integration-related interfaces and drives the creation of integration-specific blueprints and roadmaps for Salesforce implementations. He/She promotes adoption of industry best practices for integration development frameworks, tools, standards and guidelines and recommends updates to integration platforms, patterns and designs as needed. Educational Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience required. Soft Skills: Communication, Imitativeness, problem solving attitude, team player.
