Job Description: Python AI Developer (4 years of experience) Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Python AI Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python programming along with expertise in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques. As a Python AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Algorithm Development: Develop and implement advanced AI and ML algorithms using Python libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Model Training and Optimization: Train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning models for various applications including natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics. Data Processing and Analysis: Perform data. preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to extract meaningful insights from large datasets. Prototype Development: Rapidly prototype AI solutions and proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate feasibility and potential business value. Integration and Deployment: Integrate AI models into existing software systems and deploy them to production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Model Evaluation and Validation: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, and iterate on model improvements as needed. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand requirements, define project scope, and deliver high-quality solutions. Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML technologies, and contribute to the research and innovation efforts within the organization. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Python developer with a focus on AI and ML. Proficiency in Python programming language and its libraries/frameworks for AI/ML development. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and neural network principles. Experience with popular AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
