JOB REQUIREMENT:
Must be willing to work for night shift (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
Should have excellent communication skills.
Should be a quick learner.

Role & responsibilities:
Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers
Sourcing candidates from Job portals and through various channels like social media and professional networks (LinkedIn)
Reviewing resumes and screening candidates
Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates
