Plan and execute weekly branch visits, monthly morning meetings, and catchment area activities.
Monitor and follow up on document submissions, ensuring
completeness. Work in advance on renewals, communicating document
requirements to customers. Analyze and address complaints through thorough resolution discussions with customers.
