Job Description
Role: Designing, Modeling, and Documentation
Discipline: Civil/Structures
Platform: CAD BIM (Design Modeling)
Duties:
Designing, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation:
- Designing of structural systems (2D 3D).
- Construction documentation (BIM).
- Detailed designing (BIM).
- Calculations using StaadPro/Tekla.
- Structural analysis (mandatory).
QC:
- Follow project QC checklist: Structures
- Implement QC standards across the project tasks: Structures
- Maintain quality on all deliverables in all the projects: Structures
Client Coordination:
- Daily/weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
- Capture and analyze the client requirements: Structures
- Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule with the supervision of the project lead.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performance of Structural Engineering tasks assigned by the Project Lead.
- Quality of deliverables to the clients.
Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per client's expectations.
- Calculations
- Design Analysis (concrete and steel)
- Modeling Detailing
- Construction Documentation Material take-off
Skillset:
Technical
- StaadPro and E-Tabs
- Revit Structures BIM360
- AutoCAD
- 3D Civil
- Tekla
- Navisworks
Domain
- Civil/Structures: India
- Constructability standards pertaining to India
- Working knowledge on projects in India (must)
Design knowledge of structures is a must.

- M. Tech (Structural Engineering)
