Design / Senior Design Engineer @ Veetechnologies

Qualification: B. Tech/M. Tech (Electrical)

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working on CAD and BIM platforms
• 2+ years experience of working as a Senior Design Engineer (Electrical)

Duties:

Design, Modeling, Detailing and Documentation:

• Lighting calculations using Visual Lighting software
• Design of Electrical systems (2D 3D)
• Electrical panel schedules
• One-line diagrams
• Construction documentation (BIM)
• Detailed design (BIM)
• Power layout/design

QC:

• Follow project QC checklist: Electrical
• Implement QC standards across the projects: Electrical
• Maintain the same level of quality on all deliverables of all the projects: Electrical

Client Coordination:

• Daily/weekly status calls with client to update the task status along with the Project Lead.
• Capture and analyze the client requirements: Electrical
• Deliver the tasks to clients as per the schedule under the supervision of the Project Lead.

Responsibilities:

• This role will have no direct reporting associates
• Responsible for overall performance of electrical tasks (as assigned by the Project Lead)
• Responsible for the overall quality of deliverables (on the assigned tasks): Electrical
• Delivery of CAD and BIM projects as per clients expectations
• Modeling, Detailing, Documentation, and Design and Calculation of Electrical project tasks

Skillset:

Technical

• Revit MEP
• AutoCAD
• BIM360
• Navisworks
• Visual Lighting

Domain:

• Knowledge of USA Electrical/NEC codes and standards
• Working knowledge of USA projects (must)
• Working knowledge of Electrical Power systems
• Design knowledge of Electrical systems (must)
• Experience working in Commercial Buildings, Sports facilities/Stadium/Sports Buildings/Office Buildings/Hospital
• Buildings/Mixed-use Buildings
