OF POSITIONS 1 LOCATION Oakbrook, IL JOB DESCRIPTION & RESPONSIBILITIES Gather requirements to formulate business specifications, reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems and user needs, and, writing detailed descriptions of such user needs, program functions and steps required to facilitate in development of such functions in relatively rapid development cycle environments Analyze feature requests from the clients, prepare Functional Specification Document based on the requirements Liaison between business units and. technology services team providing approved technological solutions to business units as necessary and assisting the technical team in analyzing and translating business requirements to ensure accurate interpretation and application Define application architecture and standardize the development Lead the Team to meet deadlines, assure code quality and feature implementation Performing regulatory and competitive analysis, which included critical phases in product launching Attending and conducting client meetings and product demonstration REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE Experience working with Product Development Minimum of 4 year's experience in application development using Java and related technologies. Extensive knowledge of Spring frameworks such as Spring-MVC, Spring-Data, Spring-Security, Spring-Rest Hands on experience using ORM frameworks such as Spring-Data, Hibernate etc. Proficient in creating Specification Documents and Requirement Analysis Documents. Very good Communication skills. Experience in handling client meetings. Experience in developing projects with Scrum based methodologies. Scope Management Strong Process Improvement Approaches Proficient Project Estimating/Planning Risk identification and mitigation
