Job Description

Key Responsibilities Team Supervision and Leadership: Lead and motivate team members, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns. Train new employees and ensure existing team members receive ongoing training for skill enhancement. Customer Service Excellence Set the example for exceptional customer service and uphold a customer-centric approach. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Train team members to deliver excellent service, maintain cleanliness, and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Operational Efficiency Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards. Monitor food preparation and service, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Coordinate with kitchen staff to maintain appropriate stock levels and product quality. Quality. Control Conduct regular quality checks to ensure food presentation, taste, and overall service meet established standards. Address any deviations from quality guidelines and take corrective action. Sales And Revenue Management Support the management team in achieving sales targets and revenue goals. Implement strategies to maximize sales, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities. Qualifications And Skills High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality/restaurant management is a plus. Proven experience in a leadership role within the QSR or fast-food industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Proficient in basic computer skills and point-of-sale (POS) systems
