: Responsible for finalization of Standalone Financial Statements and Consolidated Financial Statements as per IND AS Responsible for timely closure of monthly financials Responsible for coordinating with the business heads and preparing the annual budget Handling the variance analysis of budget and actuals on monthly basis and presenting to management Responsible for automation or improvement of processes in SAP Responsible for handling the statutory audit and timely delivery of reviewed and audited accounts quarterly and annually Preparing monthly finance review presentation for reporting to management Actively. involved in the preparation of the Strategic Business Plan of the Company Responsible for board presentations Responsible for reporting requirements of Annual Report related to Financials Key Skills : Ca Gst Reporting Company Profile We are a vertically integrated and R&D focused -ceutical company engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing of finished dosage formulations (FDF) and active -ceutical ingredients (APIs).
