Job Description
Overview: A highly organised and detail-oriented Advertising Analyst to manage TV and digital video advertisements. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both traditional TV and modern digital video advertising, along with exceptional communication and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Review placement instructions and set up linear TV ads and digital video ad campaigns.
Manage ad schedules and availability, adjusting campaigns as needed.
Ensure ad compliance, run reports, and manage campaign placements.
Handle sensitive content adjustments and last-minute changes.
Manage sponsorship allocations and advertising restrictions.
Liaise with sales and agencies, managing expectations effectively.
Qualifications:
Any Bachelors degree.
Proven experience in digital and linear advertising, including media planning, broadcast management, ad trafficking, campaign management or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of compliance regulations and reporting.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
