Eligibility Criteria:

  • Willing to do the Field Sales Job
  • Must have Two Wheeler (Except Mumbai)
  • Experience 1 to 3 years of BFSI Experience in Sales, Prefer to have Insurance Sales.

  • Age : Below 32 years
  • Standard CTC : 3.0 LPA (If Candidate is having Insurance Sales Experience of more than 1 year we can extend the CTC up to 3.5 LPA and If any candidate from Health Insurance Sales experience we can go up to 4.0 LPA)
  • Job Location: Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Indore, Surat & Vadodara.

Job Role:

• Actively engage in sales activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings to reach potential clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of the insurance products and services offered by the company.
• Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and coverage details to potential customers.
• Conduct needs assessments to understand the unique requirements and preferences of customers.
• Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Prepare and present insurance quotes to potential customers.
• Explain coverage options, premiums, and policy details in a clear and understandable manner.
• Use effective sales techniques to overcome objections and close deals.
• Ensure that customers are provided with all necessary information to make informed decisions.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Provide ongoing support, address customer inquiries, and assist with policy-related concerns.
