US/UK Travel Customer Service
Minimum 06 months relevant experience mandatory
1. Follow up with customers and clients for existing reservations.
2. Sell/cross-sell travel related services (Flights)
3. Can handle retention calls as well
4. Candidate should able to handle Dispute calls in case of requirements
5. Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy
6. Can handle customer support calls.
Excellent knowledge of GDS: Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Worldspan
Good verbal and written communication skills
