We are hiring for HR team for one of our leading IT Clients. The incumbent will be responsible to create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment. Position : Fulltime Location : Chennai Salary : 3.5 Lakh to 4.5 Lakh Job Details: Job Title: HR Team Leader Location: Chennai Experience: 3 - 7 Years Salary: INR. 3.5 4.5 LPA Vacancies: 1 Job Type: Full-time Qualification: Graduate Notice Period: Immediate (Preference) or Up to 30 days MAX Mode of Interview: Face to face HR Round Key Responsibilities/Skills: Supervise the HR team and ensure the goals set are met. Create company policies that will encourage a healthy work environment. Address complaints and resolve them by implementing innovative solutions. Make changes and suggest improvements wherever required to ensure the proper functioning of the department. Good communication in English and mail writing. Design interesting on boarding sessions and processes for new recruits. Oversee. the recruitment and hiring process of new employees. Host events for the employees to keep the workplace fun and engaging. Oversee HR metrics and document the observations for future policymaking reference. Regularly organise programs for learning and interdepartmental interaction. Review the budget for the department and ensure it is being adhered to. Evaluate the performance of HR employees and give constructive feedback. Ensure the department is adhering to company policies and regulations. Prior experience as a Senior HR Manager or relevant position.
