Job Title : HR Executive
Experience : Minimum 3 Years of  Experience in recruitment with international BPO
Salary: INR 300000 to  480,000 P.A (Negotiable for the right candidates)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM IST 5:30 PM IST Mon Fri and Saturday 8:00 AM IST 1:30 PM

The Role:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment with the ability to manage multiple requirements at a time.
• Conducting initial screening to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics, professional qualification, experience, communication skills, etc. before processing.
• Candidate should be well versed with Job portals like; Naukri/ Monster/ Times jobs etc.
• Handling recruitments for all BPO functions including middle-level hiring.
• Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they have any issues such as compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc.
• Should have (preferably) handled hiring for outbound telesales candidates for international market
• Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures Should be able to manage vendors.
