Reporting Line: Global HR Director - Travel Trevolution group encompasses the travel businesses of Dyninno Group (https://dyninno.com/en/intro/) and focuses on agency sales of air tickets and travel services to both retail and corporate clients. It manages the brands ASAP Tickets (www.asaptickets.com), Skylux Travel (www.skyluxtravel.com), OOJO (oojo.com), International Travel Network (www.itncorp.com),as well as a number of online services. It specializes in leisure, business travel, as well as visiting friends and relatives. Today, Trevolution sells 70,000+ air tickets and package holidays per month and is the seventh-largest consolidator in the USA. Position Overview: As the HR Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and implementation of lead generation strategies to attract qualified candidates, while overseeing advertising across multiple channels, optimizing cost and candidate quality. Analyse metrics, report on CVs, conversions, and channel effectiveness. This. role demands strategic thinking, analytical skills, and expertise in lead generation and recruitment marketing to attract top talent. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive lead-generation strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Oversee all job advertising efforts, both internal and external, including referral programs, challenges, job boards, social media ads, collaboration with governmental bodies, and universities. Monitor and optimize the cost-of-acquisition, conversion rates, and quality of candidates, ensuring a strong return on investment. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and align lead generation strategies accordingly. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage their networks and resources for effective lead generation. Continuously analyze and report on key metrics, such as the number of CVs received, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of various lead generation channels. Implement and maintain an applicant tracking system to streamline the lead generation process and enhance candidate management. Ensure a user-friendly and positive candidate experience throughout the lead generation and application process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in lead generation and recruitment marketing to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications: Proven experience in lead generation, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. Strong knowledge of various lead generation channels and techniques, both online and offline. Proficiency in utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and other digital marketing tools for lead generation purposes. Excellent analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic and evolving environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. This is a full-time position.
