As an E-commerce Intern at TEZTECCH, our IT branding and advertising company, you will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our clients" online retail operations. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks related to e-commerce platforms and digital storefronts. Here's an overview of the potential duties: Product Management: Assisting in the management of product listings, including uploading new products, updating product information, and ensuring accuracy in the online catalog. Order Fulfillment: Supporting the order fulfillment process, which may involve coordinating with logistics teams, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely and accurate order processing. Customer Support: Collaborating with the customer support team to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and enhance the overall online shopping experience. Content Optimization: Working on optimizing product pages for search engines, ensuring that product descriptions, images, and. other content elements are engaging and aligned with SEO best practices. Marketing Collaboration: Assisting in the execution of digital marketing campaigns specifically tailored for e-commerce, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online advertising. Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring e-commerce performance metrics, analyzing data, and providing insights to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales. Platform Familiarity: Becoming proficient in the use of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and understanding the technical aspects of managing an online store. Competitor Analysis: Keeping abreast of industry trends and analyzing competitor e-commerce strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn about the intricacies of e-commerce operations and digital retail.
