Job Title: Senior Solution Architect Enterprise Risk
Location: Abu Dhabi & India
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 12+ years (with strong techno-functional background in Risk and Banking systems)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-wide risk solutions. The ideal candidate will have a techno-functional background with deep domain knowledge in Credit Risk, Risk Ratings, Modelling, Regulatory Reporting, and ESG, coupled with the ability to define and document end-to-end architecture across systems and data layers. Familiarity with upstream banking systems such as T24, TI+, and Murex is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and document end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise risk initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable technical designs that integrate data, applications, and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to ensure risk data requirements are accurately sourced and modeled.
- Ensure architectural alignment across multiple systems including core banking (T24), treasury (TI+), and trading platforms (Murex).
- Govern and guide data flow, transformation, and usage for regulatory reporting and risk modelling frameworks (Basel, IFRS 9, ICAAP).
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements or redesigns to improve performance, compliance, and scalability.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong techno-functional expertise in enterprise risk management domains: Credit Risk, Rating Models, Regulatory Reporting, ESG.
- Proven experience designing enterprise architecture across data, application, and integration layers.
- Deep understanding of data structures, schemas, and flows in upstream systems: T24, TI+, Murex.
- Familiarity with regulatory and risk frameworks such as Basel, IFRS 9, and ICAAP.
- Strong documentation skills ability to produce architecture diagrams, data flow mappings, and solution blueprints.
