The person will have end to end ownership of the newly built ICPs aforementioned and needs to drive business growth for the company Roles and responsibilities Channel Sales Increasing International Channel Partner width in UAE and generating business for GPL from them. ICP being the only sourcing vertical for business. Allocating focused large booking value assignments to ICPs and ensuring completion of those designated targets by designing best assured result VPs. Empanelment and servicing of Channel partners based out of UAE with GPL Conceptualizing and executing events with CPs throughout the year for consistent and predictable business Working in collaboration with regional India teams and ensuring smooth business in launches and sustenance Organizing channel partner meets (International and India) throughout the year in order to continuously engage with them Evaluate risks and develop strategic / innovative plans to expand into the UAE market for business efficacy. Plan and optimize budgets for events / travel / expos, etc. Process Business Consistency is expected month on month. Ensuring brokerage TATs are met in coordination with requisite operating functions Strong interpersonal skills with quick ability to develop rapport Follow proper TATs as assigned by GPL to cater to enquiries assigned Proactive approach towards work and working with ownership in order to develop and nurture UAE market Follow the guidelines and SOPs set by the organization. Frequent travel to other Emirates in UAE is required Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream. PG preferred (not mandatory) Experience 2-5years Skills Experience in Extensive Channel Partner Expansion and new CP, ACP building Quantifiable Width Experience in Upcountry/Rest of India would be plus.
