Job Description

  Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire cycle of recruitment- Sourcing(Niche skills), scheduling, offer negotiations, and follow-ups.
  • Screening and Short-listing candidates per specific job descriptions.  
  • Have to handle Walk-in interviews and mass recruitment.  
  • Ability to assess a candidate's technical and interpersonal skills.  
  • Maintaining a record of all candidates and their interviews in the Recruitment database.  
  • Will be working on sourcing techniques including job portals, ad responses, Internet search engines, networking,  referrals, headhunting, and cold calling.  
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.  
  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline against the open positions.  
  • Verifying all the original testimonials of the candidates.
  • Manage job postings on career pages, external websites, and social channels.
  • Recruiting people in the industry, Client Interaction, Handling Preliminary Interviews, Screening Profiles, job profile explaining, Maintaining the Candidate database and maintaining an excel sheet to update the work, and good relationships with candidates.
  • Recruiting people at all levels, Conducting Drives, Walk-ins, and personal.
  • Short-listing of the required skill matrix professionals from active databases based on the client project requirements and as per the standards set by the company.
  • Scheduling interviews of the candidates with HODs, HR Managers, and Technical Teams, the follow-up to get feedback
  • Update candidates regarding Interview Schedules, feedback, Joining dates, etc.
  • Follow up with the candidates and ability to manage multiple requirements.
  • Responsible for managing our full cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.
  • Source & Screen profiles short-list the candidates in preliminary rounds.
  • Cold calls to suitable candidates. Assess the applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes in communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
