Advertise Job openings on companys career page, social media, Job boards, and internally. Attracting candidates through various channels like social media and professional networks. Hands on recruitment portals Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Negotiating job offers and compensation packages with candidates Preparing Job offers Staying updated about hiring trends and best practices Participate in job fairs. Participate in initiatives to build desired employer branding in university campus. Monitor turn-around time. Monitor critical talent. acquisition parameters; Providing equal opportunities of job rotation, and recommending job enlargement On - boarding Responsible for ensuring timely execution and completion of a seamless workflow for each new employee. Complete on-boarding on HR system and Background verification, pre-employment medical check up of new employee. Welcoming newly hired employees and executing the engagement plan throughout the onboarding journey; managing the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a great experience for new employees and a smooth start into their roles. Preparing and distributing onboard welcome gifts. Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, dress code, parking options and similar items. Ensuring new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware/software and distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as needed.
