Job Description

Core Responsibilities Expertise in Autodesk Inventor & AutoCAD modelling, drafting module, assembly Experience in design calculations for mechanical engineering Hands-on experience in designing Automotive assembly line equipment like, power/free conveyors, turn tables, lift tables, mezzanine floors, aisle transfer assembly, pallet positioner, EMS carriers, skillets etc. Experience in design fixtures for handling the subsystems or main assemblies Experience in the Design of SPM machines Design mechanical systems compatible for the process automation Hands-on experience in handling large assemblies Layout Preparation and load calculation Experience in the detailed design of individual components, following standard design guidelines and manufacturing aspects. Selection of bought-out items, including cylinder selection with necessary calculations Sound knowledge in different ferrous, and nonferrous materials with tooling and manufacturing processes Experience in. the application of GD&T in manufacturing drawing Experience in working with global teams, handling activities independently, and taking ownership Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
